476 Kelling Heath

Welcome to our 2021 Luxury Willerby Dorchester with additional disabled access ramp, decking and a porch boot room/dog room. 

Set in a private plot surrounded by native woodland - spot the muntjac deer, squirrels and abundant bird life as you sit out on the deck with a glass at the end of a day spent exploring, cycling, swimming or visiting the abundant attractions within 15 minutes from the site.  View the ocean from unspoilt heathland and either choose to engage in the many activities offered, or shut yourself in away from the world.  If you are a star spotter this is a dark sky site which can fill your nights too.  

We hope we have not missed a detail in making sure that the property has everything you might need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay at what we believe is one of the best spots in Norfolk, under 2 miles from the coast.  

The property is fully Insulated, has  full central Heating, and sleeps 6 comfortably with room for a travel cot too (provided).  There are   2 bedrooms, a master bedroom with a king size bed, and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over.  There is a small walk in wardrobe/ cot room off.   There is a full vanity unit and bedside tables.  The window overlooks the wooded garden.   The second bedroom has two single 3 foot beds and dressing table.  There is  ample storage, with a window overlooking the side garden and forest.  Additional sleeping is available in  the living room via a simple double fold out bed settee.
Entrance is via the porch/ boot room , with ample boot and coat storage, or  wipe down area for your dog.

There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with integrated oven, hob , microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing Machine/tumble drier, kettle , Nespresso coffee machine and everything else you might need to cook up a storm after a day of activity. a Separate 6 seater dining table separates the lounge from the kitchen area. 

There are televisions in the two bedrooms and the lounge, and good wifi, in spite of being deep in the forest. Free of charge.
Sit and relax in the inviting lounge, with 3 seater settee, 2 seater settee, and log effect electric fire.  You can watch the  42 inch flat screen tv with Amazon Fire stick, or wander through the sliding patio door to the decked terrace with dining table to eat under the stars or watch the wildlife.  

There is a hall from the lounge  leading to the main bathroom with fully heated towel radiator , W.C, vanity basin and cupboard, mirror with storage, walk in Shower, with pressure pumped water from boiler.
